ROSTER SPORTS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Munission, LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company (“Munission,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Roster Sports mobile application, associated websites, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue all use of the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are legally able to enter into binding contracts;
- All information submitted during account registration is accurate and complete.
These Terms incorporate by reference the End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Privacy Policy, which together form the complete legal framework governing your use of the Services.
2. Overview of the Services
Roster Sports is a digital sports coordination platform designed to facilitate the organization of recreational; non-league local adult sports (“Roster Games”). The platform allows designated team organizers (“Managers”) to create seasons, schedule games, assign players, manage rosters, and communicate with participants. Munission does not host games, supervise players, operate locations, provide equipment, or ensure safety. All physical activities, arrangements, and related risks are solely managed by users.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Services. You agree to:
- Maintain accurate, current account information;
- Keep your login credentials secure;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Munission reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- provides false or misleading information,
- engages in prohibited conduct,
- violates these Terms, or
- poses any risk to other users or the platform.
4. Roles Within the App
4.1 Managers
Managers can:
- Create and manage seasons and one-time games,
- Set seasonal or per-game contribution amounts,
- Invite players,
- Track payments,
- Confirm receipt of funds.
Managers are solely responsible for:
- ensuring the legality of fees charged,
- verifying payments from Players,
- communicating expectations and safety concerns to participants.
4.2 Regular Players & Alternate Players
Regular Players typically contribute seasonal fees.
Alternate Players may contribute per-game fees when selected by the App’s automated queue system.
5. Payment Structure
5.1 Peer-to-Peer Payment Facilitation
Roster Sports integrates with Venmo and other peer-to-peer (P2P) transaction methods to enable payments between users. All payments are
user-to-user transactions.
Munission:
- does not collect payments directly,
- does not hold or store user funds,
- does not serve as a financial intermediary or payment processor.
5.2 Roster Fees
Roster Fees are included within payments users send through P2P channels to Managers:
- $10 per Regular Player per season
- $2.50 per Alternate Player per game
Managers authorize Munission to charge these fees to the credit card provided during signup:
- seven (7) days after the first scheduled game date,
- and seven (7) days after the final scheduled game date.
5.3 Refunds
Payments made through P2P channels are final.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at:
support@rostersports.app
5.4 Future Monetization
Munission reserves the right to:
- introduce mandatory subscriptions,
- adjust Roster Fees,
- or modify monetization models with prior notice.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users may submit content including text or images within the “Smack Channel.” By posting UGC, you grant Munission a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to:
- host,
- store,
- reproduce,
- transmit,
- and display such content,
solely for the operation and improvement of the Services.
Users may not post:
- illegal or infringing content,
- abusive or harassing language,
- threats, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks,
- content violating privacy or safety rights.
Munission may remove UGC at any time without notice.
7. Community Conduct and Behavior
Users agree not to:
- harass, bully, or mistreat others;
- impersonate any person or entity;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services;
- engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct;
- upload harmful code or attempt to breach security.
Munission may restrict or terminate accounts in cases of misconduct.
8. Ambassador Program
Ambassadors may refer potential Managers and earn revenue-sharing rewards.
Ambassadors acknowledge:
- participation is voluntary,
- payouts continue only while Munission owns the App,
- the program may be modified or discontinued at any time,
- payout rights are not transferable, and not guaranteed upon sale of the App.
Terms for Ambassadors are detailed in a separate agreement, which requires explicit acceptance.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on and integrate with third parties including:
- Venmo
- Google Firebase
- Google Analytics
- Apple/Google mobile OS tools
Munission is not responsible for:
- outages,
- data breaches,
- service interruptions, or
- terms imposed by these third parties.
Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Data Privacy
Munission collects minimal personal information:
- name,
- email,
- phone number,
- Venmo handle.
Data is stored in Firebase and used solely to operate the Services.
Munission does not:
- sell personal data,
- share personal data for advertising,
- profile users for marketing purposes.

11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided strictly
“AS IS” and
“AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.
Munission disclaims all implied warranties including:
- merchantability,
- fitness for a particular purpose,
- non-infringement,
- availability,
- accuracy.
Participation in games coordinated through the App involves inherent risks. Munission is not responsible for:
- injuries,
- property damage,
- disputes,
- cancellations,
- misconduct by users.
You use the Services at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Munission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
- Munission’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.
Users agree that this limitation is a fair allocation of risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Munission, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from:
- your use or misuse of the Services,
- your participation in games,
- your UGC,
- your breach of these Terms,
- your violation of third-party rights.
14. Termination
Munission may suspend or terminate:
- your account,
- access to the App,
- or your use of certain features,
at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or potential legal or security risks.
You may terminate by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.
Certain provisions shall survive termination (e.g., IP, indemnification, limitation of liability).
15. Updates to Terms
Munission may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms are effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
